There is no limit to how much this can assist you and your team, but at the very least, you will start with a common understanding and a useful language that can inspire new conversations and personal and institutional growth.
Individual Coaching
One 45-minutes session where the Certified CliftonStrengths Coach (CCSC) reviews the assessment report with the individual and explores the best ways capitalize on their talents and turn them into strengths.
Individual coaching can be a single engagement or arranged on a reoccurring basis . Professionals usually prefer coaching to take place once a month, quarterly, or biannually and may be covered under employee professional development benefits.

Group Coaching
A group session will include in-depth review of individual and team CliftonStrengths® reports, shareable team analysis documents, and one facilitated session. The facilitated group session can be in person or held virtually and will include introduction to CliftonStrengths®, and team-building activities.
The length of sessions depend on group size and are great for improving team collaboration and communication.

Workshops
Workshops are typically beneficial for teams of 10+ and can be 90-minute; half-day; or full-day engagements. Teams will learn their own strengths and how they support the whole group and the mission of the organization.
90-min= Basics of CliftonStrengths
Half-day= Individual Reflection & Exercises Full-day= Individual & Group work
